Mindy advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance, equity capital raisings and asset and share sales.
Mindy is a trusted adviser to Boards and Company Secretaries, whom she advises and works with to put in place effective governance structures and to achieve compliance with governance reporting obligations.
Mindy is also a regular presenter at the Governance Institute of Australia on the topics of corporate governance and directors' duties.
